He is a specialist in industrial and intellectual property law, bankruptcy law, corporate law, commercial law and contract law.
He carries out research and teaching activities.
He has lectured at the University of Siena.
He is a member of national and international research groups working on industrial and intellectual property, he is a fellow of the Nexa Centre for Internet and Society at Turin Polytechnic; in 2006 he was part of a group of international experts engaged in the process of evaluating the proposed reform of the Intellectual Property Code of the Russian Federation.
He is assistant to Professor Marco Ricolfi, University of Turin, and collaborates with the chair of industrial law and commercial law as a “recognised expert”, teaches industrial law and intellectual property law and bankruptcy law in specialisation and university master courses. Since 2012 he has been a member of the editorial staff of the magazine Jurisprudenza Annotata di Diritto Industriale and of the on-line magazine Il Fallimentarista.
Since 2003 he has worked with Della Gatta and Bottero and together with them he founded the professional association DGTB in 2017.
In 2000 he graduated in Law from the University of Turin with a thesis on the protection of personal data and then graduated from the specialisation course in intellectual property organised by the University of Turin and the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organisation).
He spent one academic year at Leicester University, UK, obtaining a Certificate in English Legal Studies and also attended a course in comparative law at the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé Robert Shumann in Strasbourg.
